one big problem of mine is having no luck for sleeping.
i even have counted all the animals in the zoo but still nothing..
and taking med like sleeping pills is the very last option in my mind..
sleepless nights could lead into many health problems, and spontaneous bad moods through the next day..
you guys, what are the things you do if you can't hardly sleep? share it, you might help me..

Wel I got the same problem too. But I overcome that by doing some simple things that might help. Like turning off the lights when you sleep, not making yourself busy thinking about things when it's time for you to sleep coz those things never make you sleep at all. Oh and lastly try to shutdown your conputer when its bedtime And those things actually helped me sleep a little bit early
I am an insomniac... What I do is to keep watching television until my eyes are tired... Just don't forget to set the timer for your television so that it will shutdown even if you are asleep...
I have the same problem, not being able to sleep also have some benefits like i could do my assignments and decreases my body fat. but to get me to sleep i just think of things under the sun then poof im asleep before you know it...

well..most of the time I will try to read a few chapters from a book until my eyes gets tired from reading..sometimes naman listening to senti music helps me get that much needed rest.
stressed ka?... baka naman may mga nasasaisip ka and wala kang outlet to share it. Kung ganun, share it with your friends or with your family. Dont over analyze things... cool ka lang... pray mo lang yan and youll be fine.

Mahirap na situation yan, naranasan ko na before but eventually, mapapagod ka rin at dun ka na makakatulog. O di kaya uminom ka ng actifed or sleeping tablet, pero delikado naman ito kapag na-addict ka, so just forget that I said that. Ako naman kapag hindi ako matulog, isa lang ang katapat nito, alak. hehehe..

What I do is I read a book until my eyes get tired.
Or if you have a tv at home, you can watch a movie until you get sleepy.
Counting sheeps doesnt work on me.
I guess that stuff is for kids only.

If it still doesn't work on you, try taking a half bath of warm water.
