The Plugless Sink by Maja Ganszyniec
From what it's called we should be able to figure out what’s different about it. There’s a reason behind this design though. Since we have to manually pour the water out into a spillway, we’re consciously aware of how much water we’re using. Simply unique.
very nice design! Gives me an idea kung sakaling magparemodel ng house.

Architect: Arthur Casas
Protect Completed: 2005
Location: Iporanga, SP, Brazil
Material: Concrete and Cumaru (exotic hardwood sa S. America)
“I always wanted a house in the middle of the forest, in a place where I could relax and recharge my energy”, says Arthur.
This is an old design as you can see. Isa sa mga files ko...I think 2005 was the year that Contemporary and Modern Architecture had its boom here in the country. Mas kilala sa bansa na Minimalist.
It ay binubuo ng dalawang magsinglaking cube an napaliligiran ng open space. Dream has daw niya ito. His aim was to combine elements of the interior of the house with the feel of the exteriors. Bringing the outside in are 11 meter floor to ceiling glass windows, on both ends of the open central space. Cumaru wood paneling runs from top to bottom in an attempt to match and blend in with is beautiful surroundings.

Lagyan mo din ng salamin sa certain areas to make the space larger than it seems.

that's ingenious! we usually see sofas that turn into beds but this one turns into a DOUBLE-DECK bed. great for space saving. thanks for the link too.
Here is another one chair that's truly unique. The "Untitled Chair". it's held up by gas shock absorbers that enable the chair to adjust to pressure and change its shape to accommodate the person or object placed on it. Cool isn't it?
Graypants is the group behind these elegant pieces of sustainable furniture. These Scrap Chairs are composed entirely of upcycled materials ranging from from finely polished wood to corrugated cardboard and print materials. Each and every piece was made out of a smooth process that covers their innovative approach to design: “Consider everything an experiment. Nothing is a mistake. There’s no win and no fail. There’s only make”.
Dars, oo nga tamang-tama ang design ng bunk bed na yan sa flats, esp dito sa ME na sobrang tipid sa space. Here's another great idea re: bunk beds (from the same source/site):
