Frickin school exams and work. Oh and all those times where i do not have anything to do at all but to stay at home doing nothing. Sigh.

Well, i just do stuff like go online and play online games or just go on blogging in Lakers Blog, hehehh. And at times, i simply just sleep it out, and when i wake up, everything feels fresh again and more importantly my particular stress on something would be gone or lesser to put up with.

Just do something FUN! LoL. Go out and socialize, play sports, read books or magazines. Anything at all that could STIMULATE your brain.

== sa office madami lalo na pag makukulit ang client at pati ang boss lalo na pag may deadline sa bahay naman yung pag aalaga ng anak grabe lalo na pag malikot pero okay lang nakakatuwa naman kasing makita na lumalaking tama ang anak mo.

Well i get relief from daily stresses by having a chat with my wife after dinner everynight. Couple it up with some coffee makes it more relaxing. Another way for me is just by logging on here in TDP. During the weekends me and my wife would go out just to hang out with friends. Me and my friends having a few drinks while our wives chit chatting upstairs.
The best way for me is by talking it out.Chit chatting with friends, you wife, hubby, dad or whoever that you feel like giving a slice of your day's grind.
sa trabaho ko, marami 'tong sources ng stress. nandyan na yung tight deadlines, pressure from management at yung mga irritating customers at sales. ang gawa ko para di masyado ma-stress, take it easy. kung matapos e di matapos. pero kung hindi, e di magdahilan. basta ang importante di ako ang dahilan ng delay.
one way din ng pagrelieve ng stress ay yung malling and unwinding after work. tsaka syempre yung pakikipaglaro kay baby, nakakawala yun ng stress.

at home, wla nmn. at work kapg sobrang pressure.
i just eat more to gain more energy. that's how i deal with it.
remain cool even if everyones hot headed. do not separate from what is right and shortcut work.
