sad to say na ang justice system dito satin eh pumapanig lang sa mayayaman or may mga impluwensiya sa gobyerno isa pong halimbawa ung kay nida blanca pow kundi pa po namatay or nagpakamatay si rod strunk ba yun eh di pa makoclose ang kaso ni hindi pa nga natin alam kung siya ba talaga ang pumatay sa kanya eh bakit ganun kabagal dumating ang hustisya satin dito sa pilipinas siyempre di pa lahat ng mga crimen eh naihahabla sa pulisya hindi ba ung ibang mga nabibiktima eh binabalewala na lang nila or natatakot

ganito ang scenario, who can avail lawyer? good money means good lawyer. msaydo lang talaga mahirap ang pinas kaya ordinaryong tao hnd mkaavail ng lawyer. hnd dapat itanim sa isip na ang batas ay sa mayayaman lang. MONEY TALK!

yeah ika nga nila ang hustisya ay para sa mayayaman lamang...but in some cases, it still depends on your credibility plus your lawyer if he's really good....but what can we do? tingin ko naman di lang sa pilipinas nananaig sa mayayaman ang hustisya meron din sa ibang bansa...but try to think na kung ang mag kalaban sa korte ay isang mahirap at isang middle class lang, i observed na mas pinaniniwalaan ang mahirap kaysa sa middle class....but above all talaga,is the wealthy people...

naranasan ko na din umatend ng hiring sa municipality..
it was a public case in a company i had worked to and i was the representative. and then, after the hiring kinausap ko yung lawyer kung what next? sabi niya mayaman ba yung amo mo??

so it means, pera lang kelangan niya para madismiss agad yung kaso.

OT: sad that in our country, mejo mahirap kumuha ng hustisya.. and most of the time we equate it with money. although there are, really there are, people who are fighting against this system, masyadong malapot na ito. kumunoy na dahan-dahan kang hihigupin ng hindi mo namamalayan. nakakatakot. kaya kayo jan laging magdala ng salamin. lol

Hindi naman siguro... kahit naman may lawyer na magaling pa yan sana naging balance parin ang judgement ... kasi sa Judge parin ang decision... so dapat hindi lang sa lawyer titingin... at may mga libre naman na lawyer which is they give thier effort para lang maipagtanggol ang naapi!

sad to say, our justice system really SUCKS! it's all about who has the money and influence. our justice system has been blinded by red tape, corruption and palakasan system. kaya maraming may kasalanan na di napaparusahan at may mga nagdurusang inosente. hayz...

i hate to admit it but our justice here really sucks. Most of the lawyers and judges that we have are only for the money but there are still a few good lawyers/judges nowadays but they are overshadowed by those who are rotten tomatoes. Justice delayed is justice denied.
