Hindi dapat magpadalos-dalos ang pamahalaan sa pagtu-turing kina Kumander Umbara Kato at Kumander Bravo bilang mga terorista.

Sinabi ni Commission on Human Rights Chairperson Leila De Lima na bagama’t malinaw na isang uri ng terorismo ang ginawang paghahasik ng lagim ng MILF sa Lanao del Norte ay kailangan pa ring dumaan sa masusing pagsisiyasat ang isyu.

“ That is something that needs to be really carefully studied. Kailangan pag-aralan ng husto yung Human Security Act. may mga elements na dapat i-comply para mapasok within the fair view ng Human Security Act,” sinabi ni De Lima sa RMN-DZXL.

Samantala, maingat naman nilang sinisilip ngayon ang mga kaganapan sa Mindanao na dahilan ng pagdami ng mga nawawalan ng tahanan sa rehiyon.

“ Amin pong mandato ngayong is to further investigate yung mga pangyayari with focus on the situation or plight of the internally displaced people. We’re afraid na kung talagang this whole thing mag-erupt into full scale war, imagine ang effect nyan. There would really be a very grave humanitarian and human rights crisis.”

bakit kaya itong Commission on Human Rights ay parang pumapabor pa sa MILF. pag mga MILF ang napapatay ang iingay dahil di daw ginalang ang Human Rights. Ngunit ang nangyari sa Lanao at North Cotabato na napakaraming sibilyan ang namatay, tahimik na tahimik..

i live in Iligan and peaceful naman dito maliban lang sa mga threats. majority of the people living here are christians kaya obviously hindi talaga papayag na ibigay ang walong barangay sa ARMM batay sa nakasaad so MOA. at dahil dito kaya daw umtaki ang mga rebeldeng MILF sa mga bayan ng Kolambugan at Kauswagan. sad to say..kailangan ba talagang may mga sibilyan na masawi para lang dito?

If this happens, visayas and luzon's security will be in serious jeopardy... I predict that it will be a terrorist haven with all the their guns pointed south.
I do not blame all the people there, nor do I blame the government. The concerned knows the situation now and if they still don't act then thats the time to point fingers.
