Women nowadays are open to this kind of stuff... before when somebody found out that you had a nose lift it's like duh? Why does she have to do that? and you'll get a lot of negative comments from people around you... but it's just the exact opposite nowadays... Some celebrities even promote this kind of things... to enhance what you have specially if you have the money

What is your opinion regarding this topic?

Would you want to go under the knife if you really have the money and have artificial beauty or would you rather stay and be contented with your natural beauty?

Guys, what do you think? Is it a plus factor for us girls? would you agree if your wife or girlfriend wants to undergo one of the said operations to enhance their beauty?

For me? It's ok to enhance one's beauty but being somebody who is far way different from what you really look like somehow takes away your real identity... We can be beautiful by just accessorizing ourselves..being proud and having self confidence.. but going under an operation? I bet I will not... I am quite contented with what I have... I just need to loose weight
