up and down... up and down.. up and down...
it's my daily exercise routine...
sabi nga climbing the stairs is a good exercise and very good for the heart...
para na rin akong umaakyat ng bundok which i love do to most... pero syempre you cannot compare yung pag akyat sa ma pollution na lugar ng manila sa magagandang tanawin sa kabundukan ng Pilipinas
2 times a week...Cycling...weekends jogging...then kapag malapit na competition...100kms long distance Cycling... pra to maintain high endurance training and withstand the 200 beats per minute of heart.
