^^ para sa akin. hindi. kasi, sa pagkaka-analyze ko, circumcision is a minor operation and ALL operation needs inform consent.

tatatak sa isip natin na dapat, gusto nang bata ang pagpatuli o kailangan nang consent nang bata para ipatuli sya. pero minsan, ang informed consent ay pwede din makuha sa guardian kung ang patient ay di nakakapagdesisyon, isa na sa mga reason ay, mental capacity, or abnormal sa pag-iisip at di pa wasto upang magdesisyon para sa sarili.

kaya for me, hindi sya bawal.

para lang rin yan sa question na, violation of human rights ba ang pagpapanganak sa bata na naka hubo't hubad?

^ But the baby has no choice in the matter. Why do parents have to make that decision? Why not let the kids decide for themselves when they are old enough?
